 Bureacracy at it's finest

Well,as you know,I retired from the army on October 4th of 2006.Well,after I arrived back in wisconsin, and after we got settled a little bit,I went ahead and filed for unemployment bennies,as I WAS off work for awhile.Well,I did the initial telephone interview, and established my claim. This was on Oct.18th,and I asked about filing for the weeks between the day I retired, and when I made the first claim.I was instructed that I could re file for those weeks at a later date-and also, that if I filed right away,it would delay my claim. So,two weeks later,I filed for those weeks, and was denied, because I did'nt file in a "timely" manner. It was two fucking WEEKS!Well,I called my local state senator to provide them with the proper adult supervision they needed.Well,I got a call from a supervisor in Madison, who interviewed me,and agreed to send out a form for me to appeal the decision.I did so,and was given a court date, and the option to conduct the hearing via telephone. As the hearing office is in Fond Du Lac,an hour or more away,I opted for the phone interview.Well,I had it today, with Judge Marsupial presiding. It was a farce. She was talking in circles, pretending not to understand the answers I'd give her to the questions, and just total bureacratic mumbo jumbo. Finally,I had enough, and told her, look,I don't need the money that bad-keep it.Hopefully the honorable judge kangaroo will find me in contempt for this-I'll exercise my constitutional right to demand a trial by jury.THAT'LL cost them more than the 700 clams in unemployment bennies they want to weasel out of paying. And,in the future, any money I may find myself owing to the state, will definitely NOT be paid in a "timely" manner. And they'll get it paid in pennies.
